<sub>Agnikinesis: She can excite or speed up an object's atoms, increasing their thermal energy making it ignite, not necessarily objects, but also air particles; Basically she can manipulate/generate fire. She can control and move the flames, including the shape, heat and color; pretty much everything with this power comes down to burning. She can also burn/melt certain object ans cause sever burns on others. With this power she can also hide her heat signature making it harder to find her. And she is fireproof basically and can create a fiery aura around her as a type of armor, but can only do so for so long. She can even use this ability to get a few feat off the ground; Flying for the most part,but she tends to use too little or too much power and loses control and falls on the ground.

Ash Constructs: This is a relatively new power to her thus she is only capable of using/holding it for a very short amount of time. She can turn ash into small tools such as screwdrivers and hammers, as well as create armor to cover one hand or weapons like brass knuckles. She is also capable of using ash to fix an appendage she lost (so long as it's a finger or toe). But she isn't capable of creating large or heavy objects.</sub>



☣ Downfalls/Downsides to Agnikinesis: ☣
• Her emotions greatly control her power; Becoming too angry can cause her to lose control of her powers or create a fire too large for her to control and if she's too sad she won't be able to create fire.
• If the air is too "wet" (like before/after it rains) she might not be able to use some of her power.
• Water can put a damper on her power and make her only able to create a fiery aura.

If she gets too angry she tends to burn foot print into/on the ground.}



☣ Downfalls/Downsides to Ash Construct: ☣
• Basically any amount of water can render her ash power useless.
• If she is in an area with incredibly strong wind she may not be able to hold any ash constructs at all.

Personality:

Positive: Smart, leader-type, creative/imaginative, determined, task-oriented
Negative: Inexperienced, paranoid, hot-headed, overly confident, has slight anger issues, sore loser

For the most part Xi is calm in order to keep her powers in check. If she loses or feels cheated she tends to get angry quickly, but reminds herself that she has to stay calm. In general she tries not to express/show any negative emotion for fear of being able to create a fire that she can't control. But over all she is rather kind and friendly towards others, unless you're rude to her in which case she gets mad fast. She's also a real book worm.



History:

Xi Vester is the only child of Dr. Beauregard Vester and Defense Attorney Rasilia Vester, about 3 months before having Xi the family moved to a smaller town so that their child would have a friendlier place to grow. After her second birthday Xi started to develop powers. Because of the fact the they lived in a small town Xi rarely ever burned any buildings and her parents made her practice her powers everyday in small portions. At a young age Xi started to develop paranoia because she felt that if she ever got too emotional or just lost control of herself that she'd burn everything or hurt the people she cares about. Her parents helped her the best they could, but living in an area where they were there was too much wildlife to accidentally burn and having to constantly keep her powers in checked stressed Xi out a lot. When they felt that Xi might be too burdened by her gift her parents tried to keep her away from as much stressful things as possible. Although her paranoia was a problem she didn't let it stop her from exploring and wandering around in places where she shouldn't go alone. Nobody could feel the true life force of things like she could so she was often misunderstood. Because of this she was soon able to feel where most things were due to there heat signature, but was often hated by most adults for burning things so she began to grow a hatred towards those that treated her so improperly and hated fire because to her fire was life not just destruction.

When she was old enough to start school she didn't let the other kids know of her ability for fear of being bullied by her peers and was a loner for most of her youth. So to take her mind off of what the other kids might think her parents encouraged her to work hard and to focus solely on school work. And as she got older they began to push her into making friends, although they wanted her to show her true colors, she still hid her ability to control and "play" with fire and ash. She wasn't the most popular kid, but she had plenty of friends both in and out of school. And whenever she felt threatened by students she would go to the library where she spent most of her time learning more about her powers and furthering her education. She read the vast majority of books and learned as much as she could about her powers and abilities.

As she got older she experimented with her powers more and began to tell her friends of her powers. When she reached age 16 she heard about Monochromatic Academy and when she felt she learned all that she could on her own she decided to try to get into MCA. And she did! Now that the school is being revamped to better suit the students she is going to try and re-gain entrance to the school to further her studies and learn more about her powers which continue to perplex her.
